The element of the West, the Dragon, was the first panel to be completed. I work personally and closely with dragons so it was no surprise to add this panel first to the tattoo. I am also a very heavy water element. However, if given a metaphor to say what I attempt to attain as an elemental status, I’d say a well. For while water, the surface is small and easy to understand. But like a well it’s depths are deep, and go further down then one can see.

So since my primary element is Water and my primary sprit guideis the Dragon, this panel being first was no coincidence nor accident. However after directly communicating with my guides they felt that they did not to be excluded but also not to be the prominent focus in the design. For while they are very close to me, they are also not the be all and end all of my spirituality, and feel they are more of a piece of the puzzle then the puzzle itself.
