A: No
Q: Why don’t you drink / smoke / do drugs?
A: I feel no reason nor desire to. I never have done these, nor will I. And yes, I do still take over-the-counter / prescription drugs when necessary, but not often.
Q: Are you against people who drink / smoke / do drugs?
A: Certainly not! In fact, as I believe that whatever you want to do to your body is your choice I think they are fine. I have dated people & been friends with people who drink / smoke / drug and I have no problem with it. They have done it all in front of me and frankly it’s a non-issue.
I only get frustrated at people when they let anything they do, from drinking / smoking / drugs to eating fatty foods / exercising / sports, get in the way of their existence or alters their behavior. I have no problem with anyone so long as I like them all the time. However, if they are doing things to themselves that alter their behaviors when they are doing said things, especially to a negative degree, I likely will not wish to hang out with them (either when altered or normal). This is not my dislike of the thing they are doing to alter their behavior, but of the person they consciously choose to become.

A: My mother is. My father passed away on October 5th, 2004.
